Functionality
The Ascon3 POSEIDON pumpkin seed rotor washer uses an innovative combination of mechanical movement and targeted water flow to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of the pumpkin seeds. Residues such as pulp are completely removed, while the good product is treated gently.
Coarse parts separation system for rotor washer
An integrated spray bar guides water through the perforations of the drum sieve, causing the wet cores to fall. Larger residues and shell parts remain in the drum and are discharged at the end via a chute. The cleaned good product goes directly into the washing drum for the main washing process. A roller brush and scraper plates made of spring steel continuously clean the drum screen and ensure smooth operation.

Water treatment

The water is treated via a conical funnel screen that rotates continuously. Suspended solids and small parts are separated by the rotation of the sieve.
